Pieces covering health claims or product comparisons undergo an additional pass to confirm that sources are correctly cited and that conclusions are not overstated.

When we identify an error, outdated statistic, or misleading statement, we correct it as soon as possible and note the update at the bottom of the article if the change is substantive.
